Parent Questions:
Parent Meeting? We will have a mandatory parent/student meeting June 18 at 5:00pm. You will get a detailed packet with packing list, schedule, and all forms. At that meeting the remaining $250 is due, a copy of insurance card, medical release, prescription form, and trip covenant.
How do you travel? We charter 56 passenger busses with. We will change drivers halfway (Arrow Coach)
Where do you stay? Blue Horizon Christian Lodge and Retreat. We are the only ones that are on campus. It is far away from downtown. We have stayed here for 10 years. (Blue Horizon)
What adults attend? We have a team of 25 adults/leaders who will go with us. All of them have passed background checks and gone through leadership training/screening.
What about meds? We take a camp nurse with us and you will turn in medication and prescription form at departure. Our nurse is a RN.
What about security? We take a police officer with us.
Who is in charge? Jason Curry is our Pastor in charge. This is year 25 of leading summer camps for Jason.
